Project: IBM/ISS Customer For Life
This project involved the team management of 10 executive level members in identification and development of a global customer loyalty initiative. The outcomes of this project are presently in place as of 2007. |

Project: ISS University
This was a collaborative effort between Jeanne and the ISS HR Department. A scalable education strategy was devised for all US sites that involved course creation, delivery, and assessment. Jeanne's eagerly met the challenge of bi-coastal deployment of the program. |

Project: ISS Customer Support Education
This original curriculum program was created as Jeanne worked consultatively with all organizational levels to uncover skill and behavioral gaps. She developed programs, tools, and metrics to measure the success of the program. |

Project: ISS Support Globalization
Jeanne was part of the globalization of ISS Customer Support in 2006. Her Support education program was a major stepping stone in the ramping of the EMEA theater. In addition, she supported the hiring and development of the centers' learning specialists. |

Project: Earthlink/Mindspring Training
This project paired Jeanne with trainers from all Earthlink and Mindspring US locations. She worked on objective and course development for highly technical products as well as assessment and satisfaction for the course overall.. |

Merger: Mindspring to Earthlink
As a member of the Mindspring management team, Jeanne was called upon to become a support during the migration. She worked to ensure employee understanding of the merger process and smooth change management while addressing the concerns of customers, employees, and peers. |

Acquisition: ISS to IBM
Jeanne's role in the ISS to IBM acquision came in the form of consultative input to the global HR training department. In working with this group, she was able to identify IBM learning resources and apply them directly to her projects, easing the transition into IBM culture and process. |
